Is the free plan really free?

Yes, and there is no card. You get 2 connected accounts, unlimited scheduling, unlimited prompt creation, one Website Brain built from 6 pages of your site, and 10 AI generations a month. Plan My Week can create up to 2 posts at a time until that AI allowance is used. Brain analysis is one-time, and X is excluded because it charges us per post.

What do I get by paying?

Three things, in this order. First the Critic: on Free you get the first draft, on every paid plan a second agent reads it and sends back anything that does not earn a read. Then a much larger shared AI allowance and larger Plan My Week batches. And X, which is off on Free entirely.

Do you charge per channel?

No per-channel add-ons. Each plan covers a number of connected accounts you can spend however you like: Free 2, Starter 5, Pro 11, Team 15, Growth 30. X is the one exception with its own limit of 1 handle on Starter, 2 on Pro, 3 on Team, 6 on Growth, because X handles are what people actually want more of.

Why is scheduling unlimited when everything else has a number?

Because scheduling costs us nothing. What costs money is generating a post and, on X, publishing one, so those are what we meter. Charging for the delivery of a post you already made would be pricing the one thing that is free to give.

What is the MCP server?

On Pro, Team and Growth you get an authorised MCP endpoint, so Claude, Codex, or any other MCP client can compose posts, plan a week, schedule, publish, and read your analytics on your behalf, from wherever you already work. Most social tools do not offer one.

What are premium Opus actions?

Team and Growth run on Claude Sonnet 5 by default and spend a monthly budget of Claude Opus 4.6 calls, 25 on Team and 75 on Growth, on the work that benefits from the stronger model. When the budget is spent, generation carries on at Sonnet rather than stopping.

Can I post links to X?

Yes, with a caveat worth being honest about: X bills 13 times more for a post containing a link. So a link post spends 13 of your monthly X posts rather than 1. In practice that is up to 3 link posts a month on Starter, 7 on Pro, 23 on Team and 46 on Growth, and it means your X allowance costs the same whatever mix you publish.

Do I get analytics on every plan?

Yes. Free keeps 10 days of history on the channels it can read. Every paid plan keeps history indefinitely, because reading engagement is free everywhere except X, where the cost is bounded by how many times we read each post: 1 snapshot per post on Starter, 2 on Pro and Team, 4 on Growth.

What are AI growth insights?

An analyst reading your own numbers back to you: what you published, when it landed, which formats and topics performed, and a short verdict with concrete recommendations: quick wins, strategic shifts, experiments, and what to stop doing. Every recommendation cites the pattern behind it. Starter gets 5 a month, Pro 20, Team 40, Growth 100.

What is the difference between Solo and Business plans?

Seats and workspaces. Starter and Pro are one person, one workspace. Team adds 3 seats and 2 workspaces; Growth adds 5 seats and 3 workspaces. Business plans also add roles: an owner runs billing and connects platforms, while an invited scheduler can compose, schedule and approve but can do neither. Every workspace on an account shares one allowance pool.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes. Exactly 20% off, with identical access and allowances, billed upfront: Starter $182.40/year, Pro $374.40/year, Team $758.40/year, Growth $1,430.40/year.

How do AI allowances work?

There is one number per plan. Compose drafts, posts made by Plan My Week, refinements, reviews and ideation all draw from the same monthly AI-generation allowance, so there is a single meter to watch rather than several.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

Cadencz records the failure, retries transient errors, and keeps the publishing status visible so you can act on anything that still needs attention.

Does the AI post on its own?

Only from Pro upward, and only after you enable Automation. Until then, every post waits for approval. Turning automation off immediately returns the workspace to approval-first publishing.
