What you will be able to do

  • Free is best for proving a posting habit; Buffer, Metricool, and Publer publish free entry plans.
  • Per-channel prices can be cheaper for one account and more expensive as the account list grows.
  • Cadencz starts higher but bundles a context-to-content workflow; its $39 Founder plan covers seven channels with two accounts on each.
  • Compare the cost of the entire workflow, not only the scheduler line item.

For the lowest cash price, Cadencz is not the winner. Buffer, Metricool, and Publer have free plans, and Hypefury advertises a lower one-channel entry price. Cadencz becomes economically interesting when its product memory, weekly planning, native drafting, approval, and scheduling replace several repeated steps.

The practical calculation is monthly software cost plus the time spent briefing AI, adapting drafts, moving them between tools, approving them, and checking delivery. A cheap queue can remain the right answer if you already have the content.

When a free scheduler is the correct choice

  • You already write finished posts and only need a queue.
  • You manage three or fewer eligible accounts.
  • You are still proving that you will publish consistently.
  • You do not need a persistent product knowledge source or a weekly planning workflow.
  • The free plan includes every network you actually use.

When Cadencz can be cheaper in practice

Cadencz Solo publishes a $19 monthly list price with three channels, 60 Compose drafts, four Plan My Week runs, up to 10 posts per plan, and 150 shared AI generations. Founder at $39 covers seven channels with two accounts on each, 300 Compose drafts, and 600 shared AI generations. Those are allowances, not promised business results.

It can be the lower-work option when you otherwise maintain a general AI subscription workflow, re-enter company context, manually adapt posts by platform, and move approved copy into a separate scheduler. If you only need scheduling, that bundle is unnecessary.

Use a scenario, not a slogan

Three channels, finished content

Start with Buffer Free. The workflow does not justify paying for content memory or generation yet.

Five brands and reporting

Price Metricool against the exact brands, networks, reports, and add-ons required.

Founder re-explains the product every week

Trial Cadencz against the current stack and measure briefing, editing, approval, and scheduling time.

Bad buying logic

Choose the tool with the longest feature list or the loudest claim of being cheap.
